ICU(Intensive Care Unit)and Trauma Unit

There is one 8 bedded intensive care unit,4 beded high dependency unite which are centrally air-conditioned  and is round the clock run by intensivist. Mulriparameters monitors for monitoring ECG, oxygen saturation respiration, and invasive and noninvasive blood pressures support all the beds. The ICU is having separate doctor, qualified nurses and paramedical staff to give proper medical care to seriously ill and post-traumatic patients. In this ward attendants are not allowed and all the medical and as well as other needs such as feeding and other nursing care for patients etc are performed by nursing staff only. The department has qualified personal with knowledge and skills sufficient to evaluate monitor and treat seriously sick patients, stabilize patients those with lethal and disabling conditions. Emergency conditions are continuously available 24 hours, in a day by an intensivist and emergency nursing staff. The unit is equipped with advance life support amenities like ventilators defibrillators, monitors, infusion pumps, pulse oxmeter, central gas pipeline etc.
